Huh? Desperate times = desperate measures? As a followup, how about “All I want for christmas is Aaron Rodgers front & under center” or possibly, “God (Dr. Pat McKenzie)rest ye merry, gentlemen.” Endless possibilities here.
I hope Lambeau Field is the Packers’ “Winter Wonderland” on Sunday.
Rodgers out but…
These are the QB’s with a lower passing rating this season than Matt Flynn’s 91.1
Carson Palmer
RG III
Andrew Luck
Matt Stafford
Michael Vick
Carson Palmer
Ryan Tannehill
Andy Dalton
Tom Brady
Colin K
Matt Ryan
Cam Newton
Jay Cutler
Matt Cassel
Sam Bradford
Alex Smith
That is pretty good group of QB’s. We are fortunate to have a backup like Flynn.
Is Carson Palmer on the list twice intentionally? Made me laugh either way!
Here’s the whole list of QB’s:

Packers have become a “Soft” organization under Terrible Ted. All I want for Christmas is a new GM.
All I want for Christmas is fans who understand how good Thompson and McCarthy are for the Packers!
That would be among the Top 5 GM/HC combos in the NFL!!!! Please God grant me that and ONLY that for Christmas!!!
Jolly and Bostick added to IR today. What is that, 15 players now?
Makes room for Randall Cobb to potentially be activated for tomorrow’s game.
Is it 15?
Wasn’t that the # in 2010?
Yes, i believe it was also 15 IR players in 2010. Also, i have to agree with Stroh on at least MM. I was cutting him down some this season, but, it was mostly due to frustration. But after watching that 2nd half against Dallas, it was very obvious that MM has not lost his team, they have not lost confidence in their coach. MM still has his team motivated and fighting. We can say what we want about MM as a game planner and play caller, but he seems to have his team behind him. MM is coaching a team that has a lot of injuries and is void of talent at certain positions. He’s doing the best he can.
I hope we’re still saying these kinds of things come 6:30 tomorrow evening!
I don’t think people were saying MM lost the team as much as his play calling at times. Same can be said about TT. People like myself have pointed to specific years, like the drafts from 2010 through 2012. Given the results of those specific years it’s easy to be critical. Since 11 of the 18 picks from 2011 and 2012 drafts aren’t even on the roster any more, it doesn’t leave much to develop does it? Even the most die hard TT supporters have to scratch their heads at those results. Throw in the 2010 draft with players like Neal, Newhouse, and even Burnett who’s been plain awful, you can’t really blame fans for being frustrated given FA isn’t a option.
Not to start this up again, but the MM of the first half and the MM of the second half were two different people. That’s a big part of my issues with him… Just want him to be his “best” playcalling self all the time. Or at least most of the time.
I understand that Al, I actually agree when it comes to his play calling at times. The end of the Bengals game comes to mind too. I don’t think he’s “Lost” the team.
What you missing…
Someone doing a video breakdown proves you wrong!

LMAO… But then surely you wouldn’t let proof dissuade your opinion would you.
McCarthy w/o Rodgers for 1/2 the season still has the #4 offense in the NFL and in control of their playoff lives.
Similar plays called 1st half to 2nd half just better execution!
