Week 10 Summary

Heisenberg kept their eight-week first-place streak alive, even after a loss to SuperYooper in Week 10. SuperYooper improved their standing the most, jumping from 12th place to 10th. TouchedbyTedThompson was the big loser, sliding from third to fifth. Pigskin Perfection is on a five-game win streak while Optimal Butt Height has won four straight.

  • Brandon Marshall scored 27.30 points to help Pigskin Perfection (7-3, 1,194.04) destroy TouchedbyTedThompson (6-4, 1,153.30), 140.76 – 97.22. Pigskin Perfection scored 23.0% more points than projected (114.40) and has now beaten expectations for five straight weeks.

Team blow goats 85.48, St. Cecilia’s HS 62.00

  • Team blow goats (2-8, 814.62) benefited from 21.48 points from Russell Wilson and beat St. Cecilia’s HS (3-7, 1,037.34), 85.48 – 62.00. It was the biggest margin of victory of the season for Team blow goats.

Optimal Butt Height 148.24, Team Brainwash 71.82

  • Optimal Butt Height (7-3, 1,161.30) killed Team Brainwash (4-6, 1,003.00), 148.24 – 71.82, behind 27.64 points from Robert Griffin III. The 76.42-point margin was the largest of the season for Optimal Butt Height and the win was the team’s fourth straight.

Smoking Jay Cutlers 91.08, The Hoshmazodes 81.80

  • Smoking Jay Cutlers (6-4, 1,036.60) got 17.80 points from Golden Tate and knocked off The Hoshmazodes (6-4, 973.96), 91.08 – 81.80. The 91.08 points put up by Smoking Jay Cutlers was the team’s lowest winning score of the season and the loss was the fourth straight for The Hoshmazodes.

SuperYooper 113.86, Heisenberg 84.22

  • SuperYooper (4-6, 944.28) overcame a 24.21-point spread to upset Heisenberg (8-2, 1,074.00), 113.86 – 84.22. SuperYooper scored 36.1% more points than projected (83.67) and has now beaten expectations for three straight weeks.

The Jolly Rodgers 117.12, Lost in Minnesota 23.26

  • Thanks to 29.00 points from the St. Louis Rams Defense, The Jolly Rodgers (7-3, 1,052.76) smashed Lost in Minnesota (1-9, 762.90), 117.12 – 23.26. At 93.86 points, the margin of victory was the largest in the league this season and the loss was the fourth straight for Lost in Minnesota.

VanellopeDevoGorilla 99.50, Breesus Christ 86.58

  • VanellopeDevoGorilla (5-5, 1,099.00) got 24.50 points from Pierre Thomas on Sunday night to beat Breesus Christ (4-6, 917.40), 99.50 – 86.58. It was the lowest winning score of the season for VanellopeDevoGorilla.

Tuesday Morning Quarterback

SuperYooper got a big waiver wire boost this week, picking up Riley Cooper for 22.80 points. The Hoshmazodes had the worst drop of the week, letting go of Tavon Austin, who scored 32.60.
