Week 2 Summary

At the conclusion of Week 2, Chico’s Bail Bonds has built up 312.84 points and leads three teams at 2-0 in AllGBP Official. They lead The Hoshmazodes by a solid 71.18 points. St. Cecilia’s HS made the most of the week last week, rising from 11th place to fourth. Pigskin Perfection went in the other direction, falling from first to fifth.

  • Calvin Johnson scored 24.80 points to help TouchedbyTedThompson (1-1, 201.36) easily defeat SuperYooper (0-2, 182.08), 125.44 – 86.00.

Chico’s Bail Bonds 164.52, Sitton your Head 96.18

  • Chico’s Bail Bonds (2-0, 312.84) destroyed Sitton your Head (0-2, 177.48), 164.52 – 96.18, behind 33.22 points from Michael Vick.

Optimal Butt Height 92.40, Team Brainwash 79.78

  • Optimal Butt Height (1-1, 206.26) can thank their lucky stars for their win this week, beating Team Brainwash (1-1, 182.30), 92.40 – 79.78, despite scoring just the 11th-highest point total in the league this week. The 92.40 points put up by Optimal Butt Height was the lowest winning score of the week.

Smoking Jay Cutlers 97.06, Breesus Christ 81.78

  • Matt Ryan scored a team-leading 22.96 points to help Smoking Jay Cutlers (1-1, 206.32) take down Breesus Christ (1-1, 195.86), 97.06 – 81.78.

St. Cecilia’s HS 166.70, Lost in Minnesota 94.26

  • With 34.90 points, Aaron Rodgers recorded the highest score of the week and led St. Cecilia’s HS to a 166.70 – 94.26 win over Lost in Minnesota (0-2, 180.26). At 72.44 points, the margin of victory was the largest in the league this week.

Heisenberg 123.38, Pigskin Perfection 107.42

  • Heisenberg (2-0, 255.36) got 25.90 points from Jimmy Graham and knocked off Pigskin Perfection (1-1, 257.00), 123.38 – 107.42.

The Hoshmazodes 120.58, The Jolly Rodgers 98.56

  • The Hoshmazodes (2-0, 241.66) got 21.90 points from Pierre Garcon and defeated The Jolly Rodgers (1-1, 219.50), 120.58 – 98.56.

Tuesday Morning Quarterback

The Jolly Rodgers got a big waiver wire boost this week, signing Philip Rivers for 29.86 points. Meanwhile, Chico’s Bail Bonds took advantage of a good trade, swapping in James Jones from Breesus Christ for 18.00 points. Chico’s Bail Bonds parted ways with James Starks, who scored 23.60.

    1. Doesn’t that just drive you crazy? I’m always so frustrated when my draft ends up being a bust.

      1. Yep. I hate the capricious nature of FF. The good news is that like the real NFL season, as long as you can find an ugly way into the playoffs, it’s anyone’s game.
